Over the years it has created and managed various unique and successful strategically located sustainable and affordable property developments throughout South Africa, especially in Gauteng. This has been achieved through a clear vision of what the company wants to achieve, creative and innovative thinking to seek and develop new and improved ways to deliver solutions, products and services to an ever changing and dynamic property market. The company has been involved in the property development business for more than 20 years and has developed an intimate knowledge of the property industry with invaluable experience. There are currently eight employees working for Saltor with a range of skills and expertise at hand.
